    2. Service & Staff Fees: This covers menu development, shopping, prep, on-site cooking, and any support staff such as servers or additional chefs needed for your event.

    Booking Process:

    • After you provide your event details, we send a draft menu and estimate showing both ingredient costs and service/staff fees.

    • Full menu customization and detailed planning begin once your date is secured with a deposit.

    • The remaining balance, including all ingredients, service, and staff fees, is due on the day of the event unless otherwise arranged.
